C.M. Brewster Real Estate Web Site Project

Susan redesigned this web site for C.M. Brewster & Co Real Estate after the office manager read a copy of our book Web Business Success.
The company was frustrated with their current web developer and the hard-to-use tool they had installed to manage real estate listings.

However, the company was most concerned about the fact that they couldn’t find their own site
in the search engines using any keywords. In the competitive real estate marketplace,
a Web site no one can find is a real problem.

LEI determined that the sad “content management system” (read: a crummy script) used for the listings
and bad HTML code were at the heart of the problem. We evaluated and installed a new listing manager tool
and wrote some simple documentation on how to use it. The site redesign features clean, search-engine friendly
code and text-based navigation. After only a couple of months, the site is findable in Google and even
appears on the FIRST page for some highly competitive keywords.

Client Comments:

“I recommend Logical Expressions to everyone!! I think Logical Expressions sets a new standard in certainly this area, and in their field at large. We always have positive response from our website. I appreciate the effective and insightful help that we continue to have from you! (Even when our situation has been sometimes disjointed, and therefore often repetitive for you with different people.) THANK YOU!”
