Is there something special that needs to be done to get a back-up of the address book, calendar, and notes files in Outlook? Any help would be appreciated.
Answer:
I don’t use Outlook, so I tend to avoid writing about it. The evils of Outlook is a whole rant you probably don’t care about 😉
However, with that said, I know that Outlook stores its data in proprietary .PST files. If you were able to salvage those, you may be able to import them into your new Outlook installation.
