She has vast experience in developing Web graphics in Photoshop, and coding search-engine optimized sites in Dreamweaver that use Cascading Style Sheets.

In May 2009, Susan's company Logical Expressions also devised, developed and hosted the first virtual event for self publishers, the Self-Publishers Online Conference (SPOC). The annual event features 16 expert speakers over the three-day event. She also leads the Book Authors Circle author mastermind and offers author and publisher training at SelfPubU.
